Sever move… not as smooth as we thought it would be. :o(

Last Thursday we moved the PageSwirl server and everything went smooth… well that was until the propagation process finished.

Once we could see the site we realized that no one could login, join or user their rotator.

I called support and found there was a file used for extra security that could only be accessed through SSH (the guts of the server) and I didn’t know how to set that up.

I sent a ticket into the server company and they had to add it for me. Well they finally got it added and everything was good after that. Since then we have been responding to 100’s of emails that came in. We still have a few left, so if you haven’t received a response… you soon will. This wasn’t a pleasant experience for anyone.

We greatly apologize for the issue.
